Corrubedo's nature reserve: Nature reserve was declared in 1992. It has a whole of 1000 Hectares. It is composed by the biggest dunes of the north of Spain that are mobile, advances in sense this west. They measure 1000 m of length, 200 m of width and up to 15 m of high place. The sand rises from the sea and fall for the hillside, provoking this slow movement. And the Lagoa of Carregal, which has an extension of 250 Hectares and suffers the flows of the tides and the recats that go down Barbanza's saw. It is of salty water.
